
Grace is a Partner at Ten Eleven Ventures, where she focuses on seed and early-stage investments in cybersecurity, resilience, and defense technology, including in Israel. She also serves as Executive Chair of the firm’s Security Trust and Resilience (STAR) network, a global community of senior security executives dedicated to fostering deeper collaboration between innovators and practitioners across the ecosystem.
Prior to Ten Eleven, Grace was Co-Founder of CyLon, one of the world’s most active early-stage investors in security startups. Through CyLon, she supported hundreds of founders globally in building next-generation security and resilience solutions, helping shape the entrepreneurial landscape at the intersection of technology and national security.Before entering venture capital, Grace spent ten years in the UK Government, including as an advisor to Prime Minister Tony Blair on foreign policy and national security. She later served as an external reviewer for the UK Government’s 2025 Strategic Defence Review, helping define the country’s defense posture for the 21st century.
Grace is an Associate Fellow at Chatham House and a Council Member of the European Council on Foreign Relations.
