Kaiti is a Principal at Ten Eleven Ventures, where she has worked since 2018 across investments and portfolio strategy. She works with founders and leadership teams on fundraises, capital structure, M&A opportunities, and partnerships. She also advises on transaction structuring and broader financial and growth initiatives.

Prior to Ten Eleven Ventures, Kaiti worked in Corporate Development and Strategic Finance at Level 3 Communications and in Investment Banking at RBC Capital Markets. She began her career at Liberty Media.
